Sui Dynasty lasts longer

I need some PODs for the Sui Dynasty (from the 5 and 600s) to last longer, and also contain more land than OTL. Basically, I need a large, powerful Chinese Empire existing by about the late 600s. Help please?

Have Emperor Taizong of the Tang dynasty live longer and you get a bigger Tang empire.

Something along these borders would be preferable. AD 710 is the limit for the borders to be done.

You fail at geography forever - rivers aren't the only things limiting Chinese expansion.

Or rather invade it, but play the Silla instead of getting played by them. OTL, the Tang invested most of the effort only for the Silla to get most of the gains. TTL, the Tang generals need to bleed the Silla and Goguryeo white against each other, before sweeping in with an overwhelming army to overrun both. Not invading at all is not really an option since Goguryeo was getting delusions of grandeur and encroaching on critical bastions in China's northern defenses. They had to go, just in a quick and decisive war instead of dragging on and bleeding the empire dry.
