Alternate Endings for the American Revolution

Keeping the USA, or at least some of the colonies gaining independance, what is the worst case victory scenario for 13 Colonies, and how much could they be reduced to.

Consequently, what is the best possible outcome for the 13 colonies in the Revolution, with a POD of 1700, with them gaining more than OTL?

I think that Quebec and the Maritimes joining the American revolution would be best case scenario for the States, removing all British military presence from North America. The Brits were probably the biggest military threat to the colonies, as by that point the Indian nations were no longer an existential threat and the Spanish and French were paper tigers, their presence in eastern North America scattered and weak.

Best Case

Add Quebec and the Maritimes along with a right to acquire Rupert's Land when the Charter expires. This eventually results in US ownership of everything north of the mouth of the Rio Grande and possibly more.

Worst Case

US loses all lands west of the Appalachians, the colonies of Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina and New Your City and Long Island along with Northern Massachusetts (Maine) and the northern parts of New York State, Vermont and New Hampshire.

I suspect that this reduces USA would stand or fall with Napoleon in the early 1800's in a war to recapture its destiny.

Earlier in the 1700's Barbados put forward a bill that would only allow a set ratio of blacks:whites on the colony, as many feared if the black population became overwhelming they'd revolt against the white, colonial rule. The bill failed however, though it attracted some interest in colonies such as South Carolina - a colony very much culturally linked to Barbados - and more importantly other British Caribbean colonies.

Let's say this bill passed, and so in other colonies like Jamaica the same sort of bill passed. This means that the black-to-white population ratio is much reduced and would probably be more like the Southern Colonies on the mainland where whites outnumbered blacks - though the tropical climates of the Caribbean would probably still mean blacks outnumber whites.

Anyway let's say this causes minimal butterflies and the Stamp Act is passed as IOTL, the Stamp Act actually hurt the Caribbean colonies far more than the mainland ones. The main reason for their neutrality was a worry that, in the chaos ensuing a revolt against the British, the slaves would rise up and overthrow their masters. ITTL that fear would be dulled and so we might see those colonies join in with the mainland ones. While the Royal Navy would be a major factor to overcome, the Franco-Spanish navies could keep the British occupied enough and so we might see the Caribbean become an 'American Pond'.

In this scenario, white supremacy is even stronger in the United States than OTL, and the interpretation of the United States and its destiny that rose in rebellion in 1861 would dominate the country. Filibustering expeditions would be more successful. A greater portion of Mexican land would be taken when those two countries went to war. If anything, it would be the northern states to secede, and the surviving Golden Circle would have the name and flag of the United States. It's very much a Decades of Darkness sort of scenario. Its world would be more brutal than our own.
